Junto Meeting on Polarization

The Raleigh Junto at UUFR is a discussion group that takes on current, controversial topics. We meet at UUFR on the fourth Wednesday of every month, 7-8:30 PM, in the Clara Barton Room. In the next meeting, Sept. 27, we will discuss the subject of polarization: What is “polarization?” Why are we hearing the word so often these days? What causes it? Is this only or primarily a political situation, or does it have deeper roots in our culture? When and why did it start? Is there an end in sight? What consequences is it having for our society, and for us as individuals? Everyone is welcome to join.
