Notice of Congregational Meeting November 12, 2023

Be an Active UUFR Citizen!

Come out and Vote!

Vote on UUFR’s Five Year Strategic Plan and clarify governance roles

Two items will be up for a vote.

“UUFR’s 2024-2029 Strategic Plan: Moving Forward Together” is based on a vision of who this congregation wants to be in the next five years. It embodies our most important values and aspirations at the highest level, and was developed with input from congregants over the past two years.

Our “Proposed Bylaws Amendment on Membership Powers” clarifies governance roles by adding a section to Article II.

Both are described in the November 12, 2023 Meeting Packet. For additional information, see the video of our Strategic Plan Town Hall and Board Forum about the Bylaws amendment on YouTube.

Time and Place

Sunday, November 12, 2023, at 11:15 after service. Bring your coffee!

Fun activities for children and youth will be available during the meeting.

Coffee Hour with extra snacks will be upstairs near the sanctuary.

Meeting Participation

  • Visitors and Friends are warmly welcomed to attend and observe, but may not speak to motions.
